Did I mention this already?
I can't remember if I mentioned this - after I saw The Cubes a few days ago I decided to just order all 5 sets (4 sets and the expansion pack) to dress up my cube at work. I think it'd be amusing to make mini-cubes that you could put into The Cubes, in your cube, and just make it recursive. I'm hoping to get some others around here to buy some. :-)

Yeah, I've been spending WAY to much money lately, between xmas and buying shit for myself. I'm out xmas shopping and I end up impulse buying DVDs... I need to reign it in, I always get depressed at this time of year and when I'm depressed I tend to overeat (like I need to be *fatter*), and I engage in Retail Therapy. I end up buying toys and things to distract myself from the fact that I'm bummed out. Of course, the next month I get my credit card bill - and it bums me out.

Are you visiting Florida for Christmas? Let Wedge and I know, we'll do dinner.

Nope. I may be visiting my folks down there in February.

Where do they live? My ex inlaws (love them to death!) live in Deland.

Owning your own store makes retail therapy much easier. Obviously you need to open an Anime-themed shop.

--lizzie, *not* helping... ;-)

I can't complain ... $1000 for xenon headlamps for my car. Of course, these are OEM, done right, and I'm a VW enthusiast... that and I had more than enough saved up in the personal account to cover it, so I think I can justify it.

Of course, I'll probably have to pay in to taxes again this year, so some more of the savings will go toward paying that off... I *really* need to get withholding adjusted.

I hear you on the retail therapy.

Thankfully, I've managed to not go near the DVD section of the stores (or at least the anime section) while shopping, so I haven't gone into a twitchy bit of rationalization to get heaps and stacks of anime.

However, I did replace my TV (for $130) and will be getting a PS2 sometime in the near future (since they haven't existed in the recent past).
