Wednesday was a good day

I slept in and relaxed, then headed over to Epcot. I met up with my folks, who had gone over a bit earlier, and we walked around a bit, and ended up getting lunch at the US pavilion. We tried to get dinner reservations, but everything was booked. We tried for tomorrow, but even then most places were booked - but we did get reservations for the UK at 17:00. So that's set. After lunch we walked around some more, just taking it easy, and wandered over to World of Motion and rode the Test Track, which I think we'd all been on before, but enjoyed. We just kind of wandered around, dropping into things when we felt like it. We ended up getting dinner at China just before the park closed. Then we watch the fireworks/light show, and headed out. So tomorrow I'll decide what I'm doing when I get up, then meet my folks for dinner. My feet are a little sore, but it actually felt good to be out walking around all day, getting the blood flowing.

I do feel a little guilty about a gaff I made at the end of the night. I was waiting for the bus back to my hotel and there was a HUGE line in front of me. Some independent shuttle bus pulled up next to the stop and the guy said he'd take people right now for $3 a head back to the hotels. I figured what the hell, $3 was worth not waiting in that line. I went to pay him, and he said you pay later. OK, so I got on and ended up standing in the back since they were one seat short - and it isn't like I'd have leg room anyway. So we had a few stops, then my hotel. A family got off in front of me, and I walked off the bus and into the hotel. I was long gone when I realized I'd never paid the guy. I don't know if I was just oblivious as I was focused on the steps as I was getting off, and not hitting my head on the door, or maybe the guy didn't say anything as I was leaving. Either way, I basically scammed a free ride unintentionally. If I see him tomorrow I'll be sure to pay him, I don't like doing things like that.

Anyway, I'm going to crash.
