These are a few of my favorite things

What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list of 5 things and post it to your journal.

1) Cuddling/snuggling with a lover.
2) Spending time with friends.
3) Just doing *nothing* - chilling, listening to music, and vegetating.
4) A nice back rub or massage.
5) Doing some thing creative.

OK, and with that, I'm off to finally eat and then home. :-)
