I saw Wu-Fei from Gundam Wing's VA at Anime Boston.

I was politely disinterested, sitting there in the back of the main hall...

...until he busted out a "hey there, Ham-Hams!" in Boss's voice. At which point I squealed and grabbed Meph by the arm and bounced all around. :)
