Boeing 777 breaks non-stop flight record
A Boeing 777LR (Longer Range) airliner yesterday broke the world record for the longest distance travelled non-stop by a commercial aircraft when it landed at London's Heathrow after a marathon 11,664 nautical mile, 22 hour, 42 minute flight from Hong Kong.

Damn, that's impressive... but I wouldn't want to be in coach. ;-)

Damn, I've been non-stop from HK to Newark and I thought that was long (and they make us ride coach).

Yeah, did they mention how many passengers died of deep vein thrombosis in London?

Er...none. For the passengers - mostly journalists & airline reps- where all in Business/First. Well there was one journo in coach, but I think he was there only during filming of his segment. Plus he was sitting in the emergence exit row.
