I may read a fair number of web comics...

But if I'm missing any good ones, let me know. ;-) Especially if they have RSS feeds. :-)

Not a webcomic, per se, but check out Websnark for some excellent webcomics reviews and criticism, miscellaneous stuff, etc.

girly

Funny you should mention this now. I recently discovered girly. As I was reading through the archives, I kept thinking "this has Zoner written all over it." That's probably because one of the main characters gives every indication of being an incarnation of Eris.

It's a serial, so you need to start at the beginning for it to make any kind of sense.

Re: girly

Yeah, Girly was something I read for a while a few years ago but I need to read it through.

Sinfest, SomPos, and MoS are already on there. I'll check out the other two.

I kinda figured, but didn't see either in that feed collection of yours.

I read maybe half a dozen other webcomics (plus quite a bit of duplication), but I'm not sure about recommending them for various reasons. One appears to have stopped updating, but it's got a great archive (MacHall), two are too new to tell if they're gonna be any good, and the other three I read because they're autobio of people I know. Which reminds me of one more great one, actually. The Devils Panties, which I somehow missed in that last list.

Be warned, Schlock has a *lot* of archives. Howard Tayler is a Cartooning Machine (he gets worried when there is only two weeks of comics in the buffer), and has been at it for a while. He also writes very large arcs, with lots of characters and plot lines, at a pan-galactic scale. Sometimes about an amblutory pile of poop that likes to kill things with big guns. :)

I had MacHall on my feeds, I just added the feed to Devil's Panties, and I created licd_feed. Still looking for a feed for Schlock.

Basically if I can't syndicate it, I don't read it. Even if it is just a syndication of a link to each new comic - doesn't have to be the comic itself. I just can't be bothered to go surfing to individial sites anymore. Too much stuff, and if they don't do RSS or Atom I know I'll stop visiting, so I don't start.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a feed for Schlock, unfortunatly. Let me know if you find one. (I *highly* recommend a trip through the archives, however)

Oh dear God. Anyone from Eyrie Productions who hasn't read A Miracle of Science is hereby ordered to do so immediately!

I mean it. Click the link now. Don't do anything else until you're caught up on the archives.

But you really need to read the archives as well as the new ones.

But then again, if you read Websnark, you'd know that, as he never shuts up about it. (For good reason.)

Just added the feed to my list.

And of course, as the comic is in its endgame (it's planned to end at the end of 2006 if she stays on course), most of the plot won't make sense if you haven't read the archives. But it's totally worth it.

I used to read that but ended up stopping because I couldn't find a feed for it. I just never remembered to check the site.

Seems like it updates pretty slowly anyway. You can read once a year and still not have to click back very many times.

Re: I read...

Cool, the only one without a feed is creaturesinmyhead.com

Re: I read...

One of the best wordless comics out there. He should have a feed damnit.
