My tweets from the past day...

  • 01:38 If TF1 raped your childhood, TF2 skullfucks it. Damn was that a bad movie - continuity gaffs, plot holes, bad cinematography, even for Bay. #
  • 01:40 Gaffs - Predator B shown for real, later some jet mutant version CG, helo clearly has "White Sands (something)" painted on it, lots more. #
  • 01:42 But the biggest, most egregious? The Smithsonian Udvar-Hazy center at Dulles in VA is suddenly At Davis-Mothan in AZ? They just didn't care. #
  • 01:44 It wasn't even a very good "Giant robots beat the snot out of each other" movie, the action was to close to get any sense of scale. Weak. #
  • 01:51 @ardaniel Yeah, I thought so, I knew I'd seen it before - but it is worse here because they used real shots which make it obviously wrong. #
  • 01:51 @ardaniel There was one jarringly bad SFX shot - when the random dude gets sucked into Devastator. MAJOR haloing around him. #
  • 02:43 @ardaniel Yeah, it had the hallmarks of being a smaller shop being given a small shot. #
  • 04:56 Transformers 2 inspired me to become a paying member of and submit my first comments (pending now): #
  • 05:10 Every time I hear the phrase "In the time of [X]" it triggers Beck singing "In the time of chimpanzees I was a monkey..." in my head... #
  • 05:11 ...As I'm watching "Life After People" that happens a lot, as the narrator is very fond of saying "In the time of people...". #
  • 21:38 @davetheubergeek The History Channel has really lost focus - why are reality shows like Ax Men on there is a better question. #
  • 21:39 @davetheubergeek At least Life After People is a kind of 'future history' concept - this is what would happen over time. #
